Refunds and returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of purchase, providing that the items you send back are unused and in the original packaging you received them in, and in a re-saleable condition.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and if you would like to return any goods that you have purchased from us please email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods.   Please use a trackable shipping service because we regret we cannot be held responsible for loss of returned goods without proof of posting.

Please include the original order confirmation with your reference number, name and email address.  If these are missing we may not be able to track your items and allocate any refund.  

Once your return has been received by us, we will notify you within 48 hours and confirm whether we are able to accept your return.  Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning any items and if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.

Broken or Faulty Items 

If there are any breakages, defects or problems with your order please contact us within 24 hours by email at  Please send us photos and a description of any damage and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as we can.  We will cover the delivery cost of the return and the replacement shipment.

Our products are handmade and slight variations in colour, pattern and size are to be expected, so we are unable to offer a return based on minor imperfections. 

Delivery Charges

UK Delivery:

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, 2nd class with tracked delivery.  We charge a flat fee of £7 within the UK, with orders over £200 sent free of charge in the UK.  

We normally send out items within 2 days of receiving your order and delivery times are between  5-7 working days (not including bank holidays). 

Please note that if you specify a designated safe location for delivery we cannot be held responsible for your parcel once it has been dropped off there.


International Delivery:

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. Import duty and tax are paid by the customer. Please contact customer for a shipping quote. 

All orders will be sent via a tracked DHL Express service or by UPS.  Any import duty or tax is payable forwards by the customer, according to the tariffs of the country where the goods are being shipped. 


If you have purchased items marked as ‘pre-order’, we will be in touch with an estimated dispatch date as soon as we have one.  This is usually within up to two months of your order. If you have purchased a combination of stocked items along with an item which is marked as pre-order, all items will be dispatched together once your pre-order item is in stock.
